A pub on Teddington's High Street has been put up for sale on RightMove.

The Teddington Arms, a ground floor pub, along with the two-bed residential flat above, is being advertised with unconditional offers + Vat invited.

The sales brochure says: "The property comprises a public house arranged over ground floor with one first floor flat (remaining upper parts sold off on long leases for residential purposes).

"To the rear of the property there is an enclosed terrace, currently used for storage.

"Internally, the ground floor provides a series of interconnected trade areas with a side bar servery, in addition to a trade kitchen, customer WCs, cellar/storage and ancillary areas.

The Teddington Arms underwent a refurb and reopened under the ownership of pub chain Greene King back in October 2022.
