Teddington event of the week: Panel show regulars return for comedy night at the Landmark
THE Landmark Arts Centre's new comedy night is back tomorrow with a trio of TV panel show regulars ready to get Teddington audiences chuckling in their seats.
The monthly stand-up night is organised by Avalon Productions, known as the brains behind Channel 4 and Dave hit Taskmaster and for their roster of the UK's top comedy talent.
Last October's event went down a treat as comics showed off their chops with one-liners, audience interactions and hilarious monologues.
Tomorrow night at community venue and Nub News sponsors the Landmark Arts Centre features two main comic acts plus an MC who hosts the show and helps 'warm up' the audience at the start and after the interval.
Carl Donnelly (Mock The Week) headlines the evening with support from Travis Jay (Dave Chappelle & Friends) and Sara Barron (8 Out of 10 Cats).
Doors open at 7.15pm and audiences can grab some local brews from the bar plus a snack - or a curry if booked in advance - and mingle before the show begins properly at 8pm, finishing around 10.
