A Teddington deli is set to join Ted's Market as a new trader.

Parsnips will be making its debut at the market on its next market day, which is taking place on Saturday, 27 June in its usual spot in the car park of The King's Head pub on High Street.

Speaking about the new partnership, Ted's Market said: "Ted's is very excited to be partnering with local artisan deli Parsnips on a special premium butchery range for the market, including corn-fed rotisserie chickens.

"The setup will be ingredient led and full of market theatre. Centre stage will be their seasonal retail range - which is currently focusing on all things barbecue, and cooking over fire."

According to Ted's Market, some of Parsnip's produce will include:

  • Lamb Kofta Skewers
  • Tandoori Chicken Skewers
  • Beef, White Mausu Black Bean & Spring Onion Skewers
  • Corn-Fed Spatchcock Chicken with Belazu Rose Harissa & Rosemary
  • Corn-Fed Spatchcock Chicken with Gymkhana Tandoori & Preserved Lemon

Ted's Market added: "They will also have a Chicken Rotisserie machine! Hello Provence! And a plancha grill to serve up premium sandwiches like ribeye steak with feta and rocket, their Ultimate BLT with thick cut bacon, and a Rueben Toastie with their house salt beef and melted Gruyère.

"We're really excited to kick this off! 27 June - come on down one and all."

Berkshire Trout will also be joining the market on 27 June.
