Today's weather: A frosty start but bright throughout the day. Cold, with temperatures around 2° and only mildly warmer in the early afternoon.

Outlook for the week: Cloudy but warmer on Tuesday with average temperatures of between 10 and 11° forecast. Wednesday will be cloudy and more chilly, Thursday even colder but bright and sunny.

Traffic report

Delays/queuing: Fulwell: Delays of two minutes on A312 Uxbridge Road Northbound between A311 High Street and A313 Park Road. Average speed ten mph. Richmond: Very slow traffic on A316 Chertsey Road Eastbound from A312 Hampton Road East (Apex Corner) to A3004 St Margarets Road (St Margarets Roundabout). New Malden: Severe delays of 16 minutes and delays increasing on Central Road Northbound between A2043 Cheam Common Road and A2043 Kingston Road. Average speed five mph.
