Earlier this month, The Lensbury introduced TEMZ Floating Saunas and Ice Baths, bringing a new and exclusive wellness experience to its riverside resort for its members, guests and local neighbours.

Located at The Lensbury's very own mooring, near its Watersports Centre, TEMZ provides sauna and ice bath sessions, wellness packages, and private hire, all with a focus on sustainability, eco-friendly operations and supporting local businesses.

The sauna benefits both mind and body, as the heat encourages deeper muscle relaxation and, when paired with cold therapy, enhances circulation and supports better sleep.

This creates a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience that goes beyond a traditional sauna. Some studies even suggest that regular sauna use may offer a boost to the immune system.
