Covesure has been announced as one of the sponsors of this year's Teddington Christmas Light Up.

The light up is taking place next Thursday, 28 November lots to do across Broad Street, High Street and Church Road.

The event will include a main Christmas Tree light switch on, the lantern parade on Broad Street between 4:30 and 4:55, carol singers, shops staying open late, Children's rides, stalls, visits to Santa's grotto, delicious food and drinks and much more.

New for this year is the Elf Hunt.

Children can collect a form to write down the names of the cheeky elves on display in 20 Teddington shops and businesses for the chance to win a bike.

Coversure is an independent insurance broker located on Stanley Road. Without their community-minded sponsorship, we wouldn't be able to bring you local news free from overly-intrusive ads, pop-ups and clickbait.

Coversure's Mel Franke said: "We are delighted to support lights up again this year, we have to fundraise for this event and to light up Teddington for the Christmas period, the traders are beneficial to this and without contributions from all of them, this would just not happen, so really happy to support this at Christmas."

Coversure is one of our lovely sponsors.
