The Anglers' new Head Chef, Bradley Brimming, is launching a new menu featuring grilled meats on Monday, 17 March.

The new menu showcases Brimming's "personal perspective and love of the complexity of food" with several new dishes for the spring and summer seasons.

He has selected a variety of new menu items bringing a more "premium dining experience" to highlight his skills and techniques.

The new menu has a Fixed Price deal as well as a variety of seasonal starters, nibbles, and sharers for punters in need of a light snack while enjoying a drink.

The Fixed Price deal is is available from Monday - Friday, 12pm – 7pm and offers two courses for £18.85 or three courses for £22.95.

Speaking about the new menu, Brimming told Teddington Nub News: "With wild garlic and rhubarb coming into season, this will offer an opportunity to use those ingredients. We change the menu seasonally, about every three to four months."

Brimming began working with food at the age of 16 when he worked at the Bread Factory in Wandsworth.

He worked there for three years, and during that time, the head baker was also a chef, so together they provided private catering for an elite clientele at the Royal Ely Hall.

Brimming also spent two years working in a high-end grill kitchen in Ottawa, Canada, where he found his love for working with meat.

He said: "That experience gave me an opportunity to fine-tune my knowledge of culinary arts offering small private dinners, events and weddings for 150 guests."

The chef also said that this experience prepared him for "the special events held at The Anglers - from small intimate dinners to large events like our annual fireworks show which sees 800 guests."

In an exclusive interview with Teddington Nub News, he said: "I've been living in Teddington for a few years now, and it truly feels like home.

"I love the local restaurants and bars, and as the area has evolved, I saw an opportunity to bring something fresh to the table - something that reflects my background and passion for cooking over fire.

This summer menu is all about the grill - bold flavours, quality ingredients, and a balance of tradition and creativity.

"We're keeping the classics people love while adding inspired new dishes that celebrate the best of the season."

The Anglers is part of the Fullers chain, so using Fullers' pub and restaurant recipes and ingredients, Brimming will add specials each week to highlight what is in season.
