This year's Teddington Seafood Festival promises to be the biggest yet with a remarkable range of fresh seafood set to be on offer.

Teddington's riverside restaurant The Wharf will play host to a fantastic family day out this Saturday with the returning Seafood Festival.

Making its highly-anticipated comeback since lockdown measures were first enforced by Covid-19, December 3rd promises to be a day of celebrating the freshest of natures best all laid out for guests to personally select.

From sparkling fruits de mer, fresh lobster, oysters, dressed crab and a fantastic selection of fish served in myriad ways, there will be something on offer for all.

The celebration of seafood through festivals first came from the Philippines, where restaurants would have a variety of seafood on display within their restaurants for customers to browse and handpick as well as deciding how they would like their chosen purchases cooked.

Saturday will see The Wharf put their own spin on the popular tradition with a fantastic array of seafood cuisine for guests to choose from, whether grilled, roasted or fried, as the restaurants chef's will be on hand to answer any questions as they shuck oysters, crabs and lobsters!

Live music will be performed throughout the day with family fun including face painting, and little ones will also be able to eat free ALL day from the Wharf's kids menu.

Previous years have seen the riverside restaurant host as many as 500 guests so families are encouraged to call in advance or book online to avoid missing out on a day promising a true culinary adventure!
