While on patrol yesterday morning (Wednesday, 14 May), officers from the Royal Parks Police seized a van in Richmond Park.

Royal Parks Police said it "had cause to stop the driver of this van".

It added: "Whilst he was shown insured, he only had a provisional driving licence and was not being supervised."
