Road traffic collision near Richmond Park causes road closure

Officers from the Royal Parks and Richmond police teams are currently dealing with a road traffic collision at Richmond Park.

Police were called at 11.01am today, Friday, 28 February to Queens Gate Road following a collision involving three vehicles.

Three people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

As a result, there is a road closure between Kingston Gate and Ham Cross.

The police advise park users avoid this area.

A Met spokesperson said: "Officers remain on scene with London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade and the road is currently closed."
