A plot of land in Teddington remains unsold after an auction last week.

The parcel of land off Kingston Road had a reserve of £1.7 million and went under the hammer with agents Town & Country Property Agents.

The area has planning permission for seven flats and a house to be built on it.

The apartments include four, two-bedroom homes and three, one-bedroom falts.

The detached house would be a two-bed.

"This is a very rare and unique opportunity to purchase a bare site with full planning permission in Teddington," the listing said.

"The site is circa 0.25acres and is conveniently located with local buses and shops on your doorstep.

"Teddington station is just 0.5 miles away and easy access to the river and Kingston adds to the appeal. This property is also close to Bushy Park."
