A new private members club opened on Teddington's High Street just two weeks ago.
The Cambridge House Club has taken over the site of the Royal British Legion's (RBL)Teddington hub, which closed last month (September) due to financial difficulties.
In an exclusive interview with Nub News, one of its founding members, Simon, explained that the site has been newly renovated and that the club plans to continue working closely with RBL.
He added that the Cambridge House Club is looking for new members and that interested parties can pay £20 per year for a single membership and £30 per year for a double membership (for two people).
The newly renovated club has a bar, selling beer and wines, and pub-like seating area at the front and a new pool table and darts board at the back as well as a beer garden and function room.
Additionally, it has a noticeboard advertising any events it has coming up, such as a pool party, free cocktail party, race night and Bingo.
An exciting benefit of joining the club, according to Simon, is the bar's cheap drinks with beers and lagers starting from £3.70.

Locals can become a member of the Cambridge House Club merely by visiting the venue and enquiring.
The club is open from 12pm - 11pm every day.
