An application has been submitted to construct a new dwellinghouse on Teddington's Anlaby Road.

The application seeks permission for the "Construction of a new dwellinghouse to the rear of r/o No.39 Anlaby Lodge (accessed via Kent drive) with provision of two parking spaces; and associated hard and soft landscaping".

The construction of the new dwellinghouse would include the erection of a detached dwelling (Anlaby Lodge).

39 Anlaby Road is a detached house spread over 495 square feet.

The application has already received three public objections from local residents.

Reasons include highway and parking issues and loss of privacy to nearby homes.

You can view the full application here.
