It's an exciting day in Teddington as the outdoor activities we all missed over lockdown are reopening.

This includes Park Lane Stables, our local charity which achieved national recognition after raising over £1 million in an appeal last month.

The BBC was just one of the national media outlets which covered the fundraising effort that allowed the beloved stables to remain open.

And now BBC Breakfast are back in Teddington to see the stables re-open!

Users of the stables featured on the show this morning at quarter past 7 to say what the re-opening meant to them.

The crew also showed a package filmed yesterday of the Palm Sunday Service at St Marys with St Albans Church, which the stables attended.

The show is due to be live again this morning showing riders with the stables in Bushy Park.
