New trader coming to Ted’s Market next month
By Tilly O'Brien 6th Aug 2026
Ted's Market will be welcoming a new trader next month (September) when it returns to its usual spot in the car park of The King's Head pub after a break this month.
Le Petit Moulin Traiteur, which serves "authentic" French cuisine at various farmers markets, will be making its debut at Ted's next market day on Saturday, 26 September.
Speaking about its new trader, Ted's Market said: "A very, VERY exciting addition to our markets from September with Le Petit Moulin Traiteur.
"This is French cuisine at its finest. Le Petit Moulin Traiteur will offer a range of authentic dishes to be enjoyed at your convenience. In addition, they will have one hot dish to serve each market, which could be confit beef, tartiflette,or roast pork belly…
"Their menu is seasonal, and ORGANIC. Each dish should last at least five days in the fridge - no preservatives or additives whatsoever.
"Think roasted beetroot salad, orzo pasta salad, asparagus and mung bean salad, new potato salad, ragout, homemade meatballs, fishcakes, crunchy slaw, mashed potato, fondant potatoes…"
Ted's Market runs on the last Saturday of each month in the car park of The King's Head pub.
