An estate agents has opened a new office on Teddington's High Street.

Devenports, which is located next to Roots, is co-owned by James Cotter and Aaron Baxter, and already has offices in Twickenham and Hampton Wick.

It specialises in selling and renting properties in Twickenham, Hampton and Teddington. In Teddington its range of properties is priced from £165.000 to £2.865.000.

Speaking about why he and Cotter decided to open an office in Teddington, Baxter previously told Nub News: "The long and short of it is that James and I have always said that when we've sold 150 houses in Teddington, we'd open up a Teddington office.

"We've already sold 153 and we've seen that there's a bit of a gap in the market in terms of what we're doing with our advertising, our social media, and videography as there's no agent in Teddington that offers anything like we're doing, especially on the High Street.

"Now is the perfect time to open."

The estate agent "started with a pledge to offer a truly unique and ethical service that puts the customer at the forefront of everything" it does.

The owners "set out to create an estate agency that stepped away from the traditional 'shiny suit, red tie' approach that often over-promises and under-delivers, and designed new-to-market, cutting-edge practices that benefit [its] buyers and sellers before all else, and an ethos with honesty and transparency at the core".

"With 47 years of agency experience in the team, Devenports "provides results-driven estate agent services with a customer-first approach that is genuinely unrivalled by [its] competitors".

Devenports is now one of six estate agents on High Street.
