Landmark Art Centre's Autumn Art Fair returns to Teddington this weekend

More than 70 artists' work will be exhibited at the Landmark Art Centre's Autumn Art Fair in Teddington this weekend (Credit: Tilly O'Brien)

The Landmark Art Centre's Autumn Art Fair returns this Friday, 11 October for a weekend showcase of high-quality contemporary art. 

The fair will run until Sunday, 13 October, and is an opportunity to meet the artists and buy directly from them.

 With more than 70 artists' work exhibiting, it has a well-earned reputation as a must-see event for art lovers.

A wide variety of artists and makers will be on hand at their stalls to talk about and sell their exceptional work. 

Landmark Visual Arts Curator, Abigail Thomas said: "The fair promises to be a weekend celebration of high-end art and craft in all forms and an opportunity for inspirational artists and makers to sell their work, and to share their passion and know-how with visitors to the fair."

Local artists featured include:

  • Heather Miller.
  • Corrine Peason-Evans.
  • Jenny Ing.
  • Frank Bridge.

Moreover, Qing Qi and her students will be returning to the Bell Room with a special exhibition.

The Landmark Cafe will be open during the Art Fair serving delicious freshly made sandwiches, cakes, soup, snacks, local beers, wine, tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

The fairs Fair's opening night on Friday will run from 4pm-8pm and it continues from 10am-5pm on Saturday 12 October and Sunday 17 March.

Admission is £5, with concessions costing £4 and under 16s and LAC Friends will get in for free. 

Tickets are valid for the whole weekend.

The Landmark Arts Centre is an independent charity dedicated to offering a wide range of arts education activities for children, young people, and adults by providing a stimulating, year-round, programme of live events including music, comedy, poetry, and dance as well as providing exhibition opportunities for visual artists and designer-makers through art fairs and group and solo exhibitions, to help care for our amazing Grade II* listed building.
