Gyms and leisure centres are once again open - however it is now a very different experience.
The pandemic has caused huge changes in terms of how we can use gyms and pools.
Luckily Teddington Pools and Fitness, located on Vicarage Road, have released some handy user guidance for the gym, the pool and the fitness studio.
The main advice is make sure you book in advance otherwise you will not be able to use any of the facilities.
