Former Teddington shop to become another convenience store

A former convenient store, located in on Teddington's High Street, is currently being transformed into a pantry chain from Barnes.
Budgens, which closed back in April after 20 years, is set to become Barnes Pantry, which dubs itself as "more than just your average convenience store".

The family-owned business has been in the heart of Barnes for over 35 years and stocks all the essentials and household names that you know and love, as well as a range of high quality and specialist products.
Barnes Pantry specialises in freshly baked bread, artisan products, vegan ranges, seasonal fruit and veg, and craft wine and beer.
While building works for the new store are under way, a construction worker at the site told Teddington Nub News that he is unsure of when it set to open.
