There are some emergency and planned roadworks taking place in and around Teddington this week.

TfL Planned Works

Hospital Bridge Road in Twickenham currently has multi-way temporary traffic signals at the junction with Staines Road and Sixth Cross Road for Transport for London (TfL) improvement works. The estimated completion date is 24 October. TfL will be undertaking improvement works at the specified junction to modernise pedestrian crossing facilities. Emergency Works

  • Church Road in Richmond currently has two-way temporary traffic signals outside no.68 for Thames Water utility works. The estimated completion date is today (Monday, 29 September). Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.
  • High Street in Teddington currently has multi-way temporary traffic signals outside no.123 for Thames Water utility works. The estimated completion date is tomorrow (Tuesday, 20 September). Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.

Planned Works

  • Cambrian Road in Richmond will have multi-way temporary traffic signals at the junction with Queens Road for Thames Water utility works tomorrow (Tuesday, 30 September). Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.
  • Tonight (Monday, 29 September), Church Road in Richmond will have multi-way temporary traffic signals outside no.1 for Thames Water utility works. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.
  • Church Road in Richmond will also have two-way temporary traffic signals at Rail Bridge Rdg1 3/28 for Network Rail utility works, on Wednesday, 1 October. These are night works. Contact: Network Rail 07920 856 274.
  • Today (Monday, 29 September), Kings Road in Teddington will be closed at the junction with Princes Road to the junction with Hampton Road for Highway improvement works. The works are expected to be completed tomorrow (Tuesday, 30 September) Contact: FM Conways 01732 600 771.
  • The whole of Latimer Road in Teddington will be closed for Highway improvement works commencing from Wednesday, 1 October – Thursday, 2 October Contact: FM Conways 01732 600 771.
  • Tomorrow night (Tuesday, 30 September), Manor Road in Richmond will have two-way temporary traffic signals outside no.34-38 for TfL works. These are night works. Contact: TfL 0343 222 1234.
  • Sheen Road in Richmond will have multi-way temporary traffic signals outside no.93 for Thames Water utility works from Thursday, 2 October to Friday, 3 October. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.
  • Star And Garter Hill in Richmond will have multi-way temporary traffic signals at the junction with Petersham Road for Thames Water utility works on Wednesday, 1 October. These are night works. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800.
  • Wensleydale Road in Hampton will be closed outside no.3 for SGN utility works, starting today (Monday, 29 September) until tomorrow (Tuesday, 30 September). Contact: SGN 01689 886 766.
  • The works on Upper Sunbury Road in Hampton continue- Thames Water treatment plant, barrier replacement works. There will be a westbound directional closure of Upper Sunbury Road and a sign diversion will be in place for eastbound traffic. The estimated completion date is October 2025.
