The Builders Arms Pub is set to reopen on Field Lane on 28 November, the same day as the Teddington Christmas light switch.

The Victorian end-of-terrace corner public house was bought by a Teddington resident, Barry Wilson, back in July, who hopes to turn the site into a community pub.

Wilson bought the site, which was up for £800,000 from Fleurets Estate Agents.

The two-storey building consists of accommodation, a single bar operation with approximately 60 covers, a games area at the rear, 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and separate WC, split level kitchen, basement storage room, beer store, wines and spirits store and a garden area with split-level patio with tables and seating.
