Richmond Council has rejected an application to convert a house in Hampton into a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

The application, which was submitted in March this year, proposed for "internal alterations to convert existing house into a 6 person H.M.O".

The house, which is located at 7 Coombe Crescent, is a two-storey detached dwelling house located on the southern side of Coombe Crescent.

However, the application received 11 public objections and was therefore refused.
