"Many folk cannot get out to the park so I try to bring the park to them," - local Teddington photographer, Sue Lindenberg

By The Editor 5th Nov 2021

Sue Lindenberg is a well-known photographer with a portfolio of stunning and inspirational images capturing Bushy Park and other local landmarks in the early morning as the sun rises.

She has contributed extensively to calendars and books dedicated to the local area and is a familiar figure cycling around the park with her long lens poised from 5.30 am when most of us are asleep.

Sue says:"I am really just an OAP with a camera who loves to photograph wildlife and landscapes around Teddington.

"As a 70 plus and caring full time for my 94 year old Mum I am on total lockdown other than for my dash to the park on my bike at this time of the morning, returning home just after sunrise to avoid contact with people.

"I do post my photos on Twitter, and on local Facebook as many folk cannot get out to the park so I try to bring the park to them if you like! That way I feel I am some use to the community.

"We are living in such scary, sad and uncertain times. Nevertheless my wish for you all is for a very Blessed and Happy Easter. Xx

Thank you for sharing, Sue.
