Providing support to the administration and operations team.
Your work day will include;
Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issueRaising Sage quotes and orders and arranging logistics and payments.
Quote follow ups using HubSpotMaintaining deal information on HubSpot.
Monthly Credit Card reconciliationSales ledger management including bringing in daily transactions into Sage
Reconciliation of Petty CashCoding of invoices and time sheets for processing
Checking invoices from suppliers for accuracyOrganising sample requirements
Liaising with members of the team to ensure smooth running of the officeDealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
