As our small, local financial advice practice continues to grow, we are recruiting for a new client administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, approachable, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
The role is Office-based, with flexibility around school hours if desired. You will play an important part in keeping the office organised, supporting the financial adviser effectively, and helping the wider client experience run smoothly and professionally.What you'll do
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.• Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office environment.
• Provide dependable administrative support to the financial adviser.• Manage the adviser's diary, including arranging and organising meetings.
• Assist with client communication and interaction where required.• Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day data management.
• Help ensure tasks are completed efficiently, carefully, and to a high standard.What we're looking for

• A client-first mindset and a natural willingness to be helpful.• Confidence handling routine office administration with care and consistency.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.• A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to support others seamlessly.
Preferred qualifications:
• Previous administrative or office support experience.• Experience in a client-facing, financial services, or professional services environment.
• An interest in developing a longer-term career within financial advice or wealth management.What we offer-
