SELF DEFENCE COURSE IN TEDDINGTON

Whether male or female, young or old, self-defence training can prevent injury and boost confidence.

Kevin Hyde, a former Metropolitan police officer who taught self-defence and was a first aid trainer for the police, has created a two-hour session covering self-defence techniques, legal implications and conflict de-escalation.

Held at the Twickenham Sea Cadets, Fairways off Broom Road, Teddington TW11 9PL, the session costs £50 per person. The this will take place on Sunday, August 9th at 3:00pm.

Kevin says, 'Many people feel unsafe in their surroundings. I have developed these sessions to help improve and build their confidence in defending themselves where necessary.
