Join us on Saturday 17th May, 2.30-5pm at St Francis de Sales Church Hall, Teddington/Hampton Hill borders for a deeply restorative afternoon of Yin Yoga (no experience necessary), guided meditation, breathwork and healing sound vibrations, as we gently explore the theme of Trust — in ourselves, in our bodies, and in the unfolding of life. Through long-held, nourishing postures, we'll soften into stillness and invite ourselves to release tension, expectation, and control. As the body surrenders, the heart opens and we begin to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.

Accompanied by a soothing soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies, this session is designed to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and reflection. The sound bath will support the nervous system, encouraging a sense of safety and spaciousness where trust can naturally arise. Whether you're learning to trust your intuition, your body's messages, or the path you're walking, this afternoon offers a compassionate space to be held - exactly as you are.
