All you have to do is book a table for dinner and dine from our seasonal main menu. We'll then introduce you to the 'award winning' winery for a taste of their exceptional Italian sparkling wines.

You can choose to get involved as much or as little as you wish, it's an informal tasting with friendly people, sharing their skills and love for 'Classic Method' wines.

Ferrari Trento was named 3 times "Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year" by The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, the most important competition in the world, dedicated purely to bubbles.

On display will be 4 of their wines to taste, including the outstanding and 'must try' Perle Bianco Riserva 2017.
