A fun free activity afternoon for autistic children, young people and their families. Come along for arts & crafts, activities and you can also meet the team and book taster sessions for our groups.

Our Groups are supportive & inclusive groups that aim to support children & young people & adults to express, connect & be themselves.

For Children

Express Yourself is a therapist led space for autistic children & young people to express, connect & be themselves. This includes specific groups for girls, teens & siblings Age 5+

Drama@Express Our drama club is a supportive environment to build confidence, make friends & most importantly have fun! Age 8+

 For Young Adults

Production and Film Club for autistic young adults 16-25 interested in theatre & films. Whether it's in front of the camera, script writing, directing or behind the scenes. 

Connect Clubs for ages 16-19 & 19-25 run fortnightly on Saturdays. User led rather than therapy, facilitated to support socialising & making friends.
