Celebrate the start of spring by joining us for the latest in our series of watercolour painting workshops with experienced local teacher and professional artist Karen Iredale Lucas, this time focussing on techniques used for painting water.

In this informative and relaxing Sunday morning workshop, Karen will demonstrate a variety of different techniques for painting water using watercolours, before guiding you as you work on your own paintings. By the end of the class, everyone will have an original A3 sized watercolour art work to take home.

The class is suitable for both beginners and for those with more experience wanting to improve their painting skills. It's also a great follow-on for attendees of Karen's recent watercolour flowers and pumpkins classes.

We'll provide the paper, brushes and paints, together with lots of tea, coffee and homemade cake, but please feel free to bring along your own set of watercolour paints and brushes if you'd prefer.
