Teddington RFC will hope to follow up their win in their opening game as they travel to London Exiles in Counties 2 Surrey this Saturday.
After a belated start to the season for a variety of reasons, Teddington's season finally got underway at Bushy Park last weekend where they beat Old Rutlishians 17-10.
They will be out to build on that early momentum with a visit to second bottom London Exiles this weekend.
The Exiles have also just played the once so far but they fell 25-22 to Purley John Fisher, but get to play at home for the first time this season as the Antlers make the short trip to Barn Elms Sports Centre.
Kick-off is at 3pm at Barn Elms Sports Centre on Saturday.
Harlequins will be hoping to bounce back from a derby day defeat against Saracens with a positive result at Exeter this weekend in the Gallagher Premiership.
Quins opened up their season at Kingston Park with a strong away win against Newcastle Falcons, but last weekend they let a half-time lead slip to lose against Saracens in their first game at the Twickenham Stoop this season.
Their opponents this weekend as they look to get back to winning ways are an undefeated Exeter Chiefs side who sit just one point off top spot and they will have to do it away from home.
Kick-off is at 3pm on Sunday at Sandy Park.
Ealing Trailfinders will be hoping to maintain their perfect start to the RFU Championship season as Hartpury University travel to Trailfinders Sports Club this Saturday.
Ealing have started the season with back-to-back wins and have racked up two bonus points to sit joint-top of the RFU Championship at this early stage.
A comfortable victory at home against Doncaster to kick-off the season was followed up last Saturday by winning at Ampthill to make this a very promising start to the campaign.
Hartpury opened up their season with 33-22 away win over Caldy before struggling in their home opener against Doncaster and falling to a 34-16 defeat.

London Welsh will be hoping to kickstart their slow start to the season as they travel to Wimbledon this Saturday in Regional 1 South Central.
The Dragons have lost twice in three games so far this season, falling against Maidenhead on the opening day and then again at home against Oxford Harlequins last weekend.
The crumb of comfort as they head into an away game may come from the fact that the game that they did win was away from Old Deer Park, when they travelled to Wiltshire and beat Royal Wootton Bassett 22-12.
Wimbledon have gotten over the disappointment of losing their first match at Camberley with aplomb and gone on to win their last two and find themselves sat third in the division.

Elsewhere in the area, London Irish are hosting Bath at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday, Old Emmanuels are travelling to Chessington to face Kingston RFC, and London Scottish are also at home as Jersey Reds visit the Richmond Athletic Ground.
