The Mayor of Richmond, Cllr Geoff Acton and Leader of the Council, Cllr Gareth Roberts are looking for two budding young artists to be their little helpers this festive season by designing their annual Christmas cards.
The Christmas cards will be sent to many organisations, businesses and charities that the Council and Mayor has worked with throughout the year.
Friends of the Earth have launched a new green business guide for Richmond Borough.
A number of Teddington businesses have been included on the list.

A man who lost control of the car he was driving whilst nearly twice over the drink drive limit, crashing into and killing a pedestrian in Hampton Court has been jailed.
Kenneth Mark Beckett, 38 (22.06.82) of Hampstead Road, Dorking was sentenced to five-and-a-half years' imprisonment after admitting causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed limit and possession of cannabis at Kingston Crown Court on Monday, 9 November. He will also be disqualified from driving for six-and-a-half years on his release.
Litter has been a huge problem in Bushy Park this year.
With many flocking to the park during the first weekend of lockdown these problems have reared their heads again.

Bushy Park authorities were scrambling to deter people from visiting yesterday on a busy first weekend of the new lockdown.
There was huge traffic on Saturday and many motorists were forced to turn around after finding all the car parks were full.

On Cloud Pine will launch a brand new pop-up store in Bushy Park.
They will now be open from Thursday 26th November to Wednesday 23rd December.
It was a quiet start for the new COVID testing site in Teddington

Over 500 tickets have been sold for the first draw of the new community lottery GET LUCKY LOCAL which guarantees at least £15.000 to Good Causes in the Richmond Borough even BEFORE the first draw next Saturday, it was announced today. (Saturday November 7)
So far, thirty four Good Causes, who you can find HERE have signed up to the lottery where 50p in the £ of every ticket sold goes to local organisations and another 10p into a central fund for other causes.
