October was set to be a big month for sports fans as they would finally be allowed to return to sports stadiums.

A new campaign against litter and street urination has been launched after figures show that the bill for picking up waste dumped on the street is costing local taxpayers nearly £3m a year.
As part of efforts to reduce this bill, Richmond Borough Council is launching a Fighting Dirty campaign – encouraging local people to join in the fight to keep the borough clean.
Bushy and Home Park are full of great wildlife as well as being the most beautiful spot in London.
The deer in particular are plentiful in the park and our resident photographer Sue Lindenberg has taken these spectacular photos.
A single Covid-19 case has been reported at Teddington School.
In a message sent to all parents the school said:
If you live in South West London, you're probably far more familiar with National Rail stations than the tube.
That means you might only be able to catch a train into Central London at certain times, requiring a lot of planning in advance (or an encyclopaedic knowledge of the train timetables for your local stop).

Approximately 45% of all those who were tested for coronavirus at Twickenham testing centre last week arrived without an appointment and were told to book one in Scotland, a worker has confirmed.
Appointments for the test centre at the rugby stadium are hard to come by and many people have been showing up without one.
