Display of Church Furnishings & Church Record
Friday 19 September - 20 September, 10am - 12.30pm & 2pm - 4.30pm.

Over the 19 & 20 September there will be a display of church furnishings in church, open to everyone: 10am-12.30pm & 2-4.30pm both days, with handouts to help share the information about the items and Welcomers on hand.
With a wonderful variety and beauty of items to look at, many used during services and events each week. Almost all have been donated by parishioners over the last 500 years, both in memory of loved ones, or as gifts.
And at 5pm on the Saturday, having recently completed a detailed record of all these furnishings: metal, wood, stone, paper, glass and textile, there will be an illustrated talk by Robin Field-Smith and formal handover of the Church Record to our Vicar, The Reverend David Cloake and the Churchwardens. Followed by drinks and nibbles.

In Pour Taste - A comedy wine tasting experience
Friday 19 September, Landmark Arts Centre, 7.30pm start.

Raise a glass to an evening of laughter and libation as comedians Sweeney Preston and Ethan Cavanagh team up with a top wine expert to deliver a unique blend of tasting notes and punchlines.
Across five wines (or an alcohol-free option if booked in advance) you'll sip, swirl, and giggle your way through the mysteries of grapes, glassware and good humour.
Perfect for seasoned sauvignon lovers or total chardonnay novices, In Pour Taste proves that wine is best enjoyed with a generous splash of comedy.

Harvest Festival
Sunday 21 September, St Mary with St Alban Church, 8am - 10am.

Come and celebrate this year's Harvest at the 10am service - please bring your Harvest box in support of RichmondAID's local, Surplus 2 U stall. Your support this year is really appreciated by the team there and their clients, and all donations are gratefully received, though these are the items they have been struggling to get recently, if you can help: pasta sauce, instant coffee, tinned tuna, rice (microwave packets as well), biscuits and toiletries: shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/toilet roll.
