Landmark Arts Centre Fusion Weekend

The Landmark Arts Centre is all set to welcome families to its debut 'Fusion Weekend' this week, as the multi-arts festival perfectly coincides with schools breaking up for the February half term. 

Running from 11 - 12 February, #PARTICIPATE FUSION is a two-day multi-arts festival packed with activities for all age groups including poetry, yoga, photography, multi-media, journaling and art and textiles, all of which will be led by industry experts.

Greg Emfietzis, the Landmark's Creative Learning Manager, said: "We're very excited to be launching our first Participate weekend. It's a festival of ideas, fun & learning packed with activities ready to inspire and challenge. There are a great range of workshops and it's a perfect opportunity to upskill or to try out something completely new."

Kew Orchids - Inspired by the beauty of Cameroon

Kew Gardens' much-loved annual orchid festival is back, bigger and better than ever.

Inspired by the beauty and biodiversity of Cameroon, Orchids 2023 is a vibrant celebration of colour and warmth to brighten up the winter months. 

From lush rainforests and volcanic mountains to arid desert plains, Cameroon's huge variety of plants and wildlife are supported by varied habitats, reflected across the ten unique climatic zones within the Princess of Wales Conservatory

Take a journey through the state-of-the-art glasshouse and discover larger-than-life sculptures by our team of expert horticulturists, hand-crafted from an amazing array of real, colourful orchids and plants.

£5 cash on the door (£4 for TCC members). 7.30pm till midnight.
