Twickenham Choral are delighted to collaborate with His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts, the Monteverdi String Band and vocal soloists from The Sixteen to bring you a spectacular performance of Monteverdi: Vespers of 1610.

Teddington Cricket Club Open Days
Sunday 6 April - 13 April, Bushy Park, various times.

The Teddington Cricket Club Open Days are back.
On Sunday 6th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th the club opens its doors to the community. Whether you are looking to take up cricket for the very first time, looking for a change or a new challenge with your cricket or looking for a new social spot to meet up with friends, TCC could be the club for you.
With playing memberships for girls and boys (5+), men and women and social club memberships available we encourage you to come and see what the club has to offer.
On all 3 dates we are running free coaching sessions for those aged 5-15. The clubhouse and bar will be open from 12.00pm-6.00pm on all days.

Machine Sewing for beginners
Sunday 6 April, United Response, 10am - 1pm.

In this three hour workshop with Cornelia Costeanu you'll be given a step-by-step introduction to machine sewing, whilst creating your own beautiful and unique cushion cover.
Starting with an introduction to the sewing machine – how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine and sew in straight lines, you'll then move on to cutting out your fabric and learn how to sew it together to make a simple envelope cushion.
As well as learning how to sew seams, you'll find out about simple seam finishes and how to give your cushion a professional look.
All materials are included, together with lots of tea, coffee and home made cake.
