Matilda Junior

Hampton Hill Theatre hosts The British Theatre Academy's Matilda Jr this weekend.

Rebellion is nigh in Matilda JR, a gleefully witty ode to the the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! 

This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.

Christmas at Kew after-dark light trail

A new route accentuates more of the 12,000 trees and other botanical treasures in the Gardens. Visitors can wander beneath colourful canopies and wonder at futuristic neon trees and branches illuminated with stars.

There are five new installations along the way, while Kew's iconic Palm House and adjacent lake will be lit-up with a series of projections set to a soundtrack of beloved Christmas classics.

Music in The Stables: Anthony Hewitt, Piano

An opportunity to enjoy an intimate salon concert in the historic Ham House stables on the edge of Richmond Park in a special Twelfth Night recital with internationally-renowned concert pianist Anthony Hewitt.

Classical favourites, including Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and piano music by Chopin, Schubert and Rachnaninov, and a chance to mix and mingle with the artists, other music lovers, and the horses.

Friday night comedy at the Grey Horse

Welcome to the home of Kingston's original and longest running comedy night. 

A night of irresistible improv comedy from some of London's finest players. Kickstart the weekend with a razor-sharp, spontaneous, brand new and never-to-be-seen-again show that will leave you saying, like after ALL the best nights out, "you really had to be there…"

You'll be asked for suggestions which will be turned into unforgettable scenes, characters, and songs, all made up right there on the spot. Had a particularly eventful night out recently? They might just ask you about it…

Ted Lasso Tours
