What's On in Teddington this weekend

Christmas is almost here and there are plenty of festive events happening in Teddington this weekend.

We've chosen four of them to highlight in our pick of the week below. And you can also find more local activities visit our What's On section!

SATURDAY and SUNDAY: Carols by Candlelight at the Landmark Arts Centre

Sing-along carols and Christmas music performed by Surrey Brass, local choirs and narrator Giles Abbott, in the magnificent Grade II* listed St Albans Church. An atmospheric festive treat.

Time: 7.30pm on both nights

Cost: £17/ £16 concessions/ £15 Landmark members / £5 under-16s

FRIDAY and SATURDAY: A Christmas Carol at Normansfield Theatre

The traditional Victorian Christmas tale performed as a one-man-show by actor and voice-over artist Sam Devereaux.

This very special production is being staged in support of 21&Co and the Down's Syndrome Association.

Time: 8pm on both nights, with doors at 7.

Cost: £20

FRIDAY to SUNDAY: Palace of Stardust at Hampton Court Palace

An enchanting new after-dark light trail at the Palace inspired by the magnificent astronomical clock.

Lanterns, illuminations and projections will be there for visitors to discover in the palace courtyards and gardens, plus seasonal refreshments along the way.

Time: 4-8pm (last entry 7.30pm)

Cost: £12.50 adults, £8 children, under-5s free. Family bundles available

SATURDAY: Christmas Fair Fundraiser at The Anglers Pub

A festive family-friendly extravaganza in the riverside pub's beer garden.

Come along and enjoy Santa's Grotto, face painting, arts and crafts, a raffle, a tombola, Christmas scavenger hunt, Music with Whitton Community big band, Christmas carols, over 15 stalls and more.

Time: 11am - 4pm

Cost: FREE to enter
