Police are hunting for a group of at least 10 males in relation to a vicious attack that took place in the summer.

Richmond Police have just issued an image of the suspects involved in an assault on Hampton Court Road, alongside Bushy Park.

The Park and nearby playgrounds and cricket grounds were the focus of large gangs of youths involved in drunkenness and anti-social behaviour over the summer.

Richmond Police tweeted: "#Wanted - We want to speak to the group of 10 males pictured.

"They are believed to have been involved in an assault where a male was left with injuries amounting to Grievous Bodily Harm in June.

"This occurred on Hampton Court Road."

They added: "If you know the details of any of these individuals, please contact police by phoning 101, on our website, or to

@metcc with the reference of the individual and with reference to CRIS 0705617/21."

The problems in the area were highlighted by the Teddington Society, which tweeted in June to say: "It's hugely depressing, but understandably necessary, that Bushy Park's pedestrian gates are now locked overnight due to the antisocial behaviour of a few who spoil it for the many. They don't care, of course, but the rest of us do."

The Hampton Hill Town Centre manager tweeted: "Due to antisocial behaviour Bushy Park will now be closing at 9.30pm and reopening at 7.15am."
