The League of Friends hosts Fundraising Gala Night for Teddington Memorial Hospital

The Friends has pledged to raise up to £140,000 to contribute to patient experience facilities at the new Chronic Pain Management Service at Teddington Memorial Hospital.

The Friends will host a Gala Evening on Saturday 25 November, to raise funds for the new service in partnership with The Lensbury, where The Friends is proud to be Charity of the Year.

The new Chronic Pain Management Service at Teddington Memorial Hospital aims to improve the quality of life for those living with chronic pain in our community.

Eventgoers will enjoy a welcome drink and luxury hot buffet alongside the spectacle of a ceilidh band with dancing. Guests will be encouraged to join in with the auction and raffle before finishing the evening with a disco. All in the setting of our local riverside resort, The Lensbury.

Alongside this will be a fascinating speech from Guest Speaker Nicholas Owen, Journalist and TV Presenter, about his career to date, who will kindly announce and lead the auction proceedings on the night.

"We are delighted to help establish the Pain Management Service at Teddington Memorial Hospital through what will be a highly enjoyable fundraising event. Get your dancing shoes on and come join the fun!" said Chairman Simon Douglas Lane.

GIVE PRIZES / BUY TICKETS

An online silent auction before the event will culminate with final bids on the night. The Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital is seeking donations of items, services, or experiences for the auction to help their cause. To show how much The Friends appreciate local support, they are pleased to provide publicity for those who donate. To donate auction or raffle prizes, visit www.uk.givergy.com/friendstmh/
