Teddington’s new community centre applies for alcohol licence

Teddington's new community centre has applied for permission to sell alcohol.
The new Elleray Centre opened at the end of the November after its move to North lane.
Now the community centre has applied to Richmond Council for permission to sell alcohol.
If approved, the licence would allow the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 12noon to 10pm Monday to Saturday.
On Sunday's this would be restricted to 12noon to 3.30pm.
Locals have until Friday 6 February to comment on the application.
