Teddington's Grove Gardens to host Green Flag Award celebrations this weekend

To celebrate Teddington's Grove Gardens' Green Flag Award, The Friends of the gardens will be hosting a special celebration from 1.30pm – 4pm this Sunday, 28 September.

At the event, there will be bike marking from the local police, bowling, bulb planting, and cake stalls.

There will also be garden games, a FoGG quiz, green raffle, and refreshments.

Moreover, the Mayor of Richmond, Cllr Penny Frost, will unveil the Green Flag sign at 3pm.

Grove Gardens achieved the award back in July for its peaceful atmosphere and contribution to the borough's network of cherished community parks.
