Bournemouth, Brighton, no, it's Teddington-on-Sea as dozens of sunbathers, paddlers and swimmers descend upon the small piece of 'beach' opposite the Anglers Pub.

Small children were seen paddling in the River Thames as families tucked into picnics on the makeshift beach.

The lockdown rules and guidelines appeared to have been temporarily forgotten as the temperatures soared to 26 degrees and families made the most of the warmest May on record.

Teddington Lock footbridge which offers access to the area was jammed with walkers and cyclists as they struggled to keep their social distance from each other.
