Below is a list of planning applications for the Teddington ward, five of which are awaiting decision and the remaining five decided by Richmond Council so far this month.

34 Udney Park Road Teddington TW11 9BG

Proposal: Variation of condition U0144714 Approved Drawings, of planning permission 22/1742/FUL- minor alterations to create a side path to the left-hand semi, thus very slightly compressing the front and read elevation (by approximately a foot each). Type: Removal of variation of a condition. Status: Awaiting decision.

Gameskeepers Cottage Bushy Park Teddington TW11 0EQ

Proposal: All trees are in the private garden of the Keepers Cottage. The woodland gardens around the cottage are currently being restored, with an accent on the removal of non-native species such as rhododendron. All the Lawsons Cypress and Leylandii identified here to be felled are species inconsistent with the predominantly native planting of the Woodland Gardens.

Planting of native species is currently underway throughout the woodland gardens as part of its restoration and improvement. Additionally 14KK is a grown out hedge feature which is very close to a building and may damage the foundations in due course.
