Kitchen Assistant

Salary: £8.00-£9.50 per hour

About the role

The Fallow Deer is a busy, independent family run cafe and Bar in Teddington. We specialise in fresh seasonal produce, serving lunches, brunches and homemade cakes. We also open on Friday evenings for our cocktail nights.

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. You will need to be speedy, trustworthy, reliable and hardworking with a great sense of humour. You'll be helping with washing up / keeping the kitchen clean and tidy but also assisting with food preparation eg cutting chips, vegetables, salad prep, baking etc.

We'd also love to offer training with the possibility to move in to a chef role in the future. Experience of working in a fast paced kitchen environment would be advantageous.

Approx hours 8am-4.30pm, 4-5 days per week.

Rate of pay dependent on experience, includes tips, holiday, meals.
