It is shaping up to be a historic weekend for Teddington Cricket Club.

We have been talking about the 'Teddington Treble' for a good few weeks now but it could be about to happen.

It is the last week of this year's Middlesex County Cricket League and the stakes could not be higher.

With the Second and Third XI already having won their respective divisions it all comes down the first team.

Teddington lead the Premiership by 8 points over nearest rival Richmond and a final day win over Finchley, who are second from bottom, will seal the trophy.

The game starts at 10:30am up in Finchley while Richmond play mid-table Crouch End and will be hoping that Teddington slip-up.

Meanwhile the second and third teams will be having matches that are essentially victory laps both against Osterley at Bushy Park.

Both teams have unassailable leads following their wins over Ealing last week.
