12-15 year olds in Teddington will be able to get their covid jab at Twickenham stoop, home of Harlequins rugby, this week.
The new clinic, announced by the Council today, has been set up ensure that children in this age group can be vaccinated as soon as possible, as covid rates continue to rise across the UK.
The Stoop will be opening on weekdays from Wednesday 27 October to 5 November.
Appointments for 12 to 15 year olds must be booked via the official NHS vaccine booking system.
The news comes after it emerged that Richmond borough had the highest rate of covid infections in London last week.
Covid vaccines for 12 to 15 year olds had reportedly been offered in schools across the borough but as of 23 October just under a third had received their first dose.
Council leader Gareth Roberts said: "Thank you to the local NHS CCG for organising a local venue for our young people to have the jab.
"As we see our case numbers continue to rise, it is important that all those who want the vaccination can do so easily and don't have to travel long distances.
"Having the COVID-19 vaccine not only protects the individual, it also helps minimise the risk of transmission to others.
"If you have a child aged 12-15, go online now and book their jab at the Quins this week."
The Hawks Road Health Clinic in Kingston is also offering covid vaccines to 12 to 15 year olds this week for parents who live closer to this site or want to book a vaccine for their child before Wednesday.
All vaccine appointments should be booked in advance and can be done on the official NHS system available here.
