Back in 2004 Sutsu was born out of a single principle...to create a progressive menswear brand that has a positive commitment to all that it touches.

Since day one, the innovative brand has strived to actively engage with our environment and aspired to have a positive impact on the planet.

Fast fashion has rapidly emerged as one of the world's biggest environmental threats and since their launch, Sutsu has played their part in taking accountability for their role within the fashion industry.

Sutsu is a festival in Japan that celebrates the annual ritual cycle marking the changing of the seasons and the name resonates with the organisations' positive ecological values.

Clothes are not just design-driven, but are made using sustainable or organic materials that look just as good in 10 years as they do the day you first wear them.

Whilst this is not always achievable, every garment is consistently made within Fairtrade, Organic & ethical regulations, with a percentage of Sutsu profits supporting charities they have an attachment to.

The brand is always looking for ways to improve and one of their main ways is now ensuring they hold no stock, and only produce a Sutsu garment when you purchase it from their digital shelves, which now also include a stylistic range of women's wear.

The company are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team and embark on their continued journey of helping to fight against the environmental threats posed by the fashion industry.

A part time freelance bookkeeper is required who is able to do a half day once a week in their Teddington based office. There is potential for more work once the initial evaluation of the business is done and the successful candidate will be proficient/skilled in Xero with an understanding of eCommerce/Shopify and an interest in the fashion industry is also desirable.

To register your interest, email [email protected] or contact them at 07831277489.
