Storm Goretti closes areas of Bushy Park

The Royal Parks, which operates Bushy Park, has announced that parts of Bushy Park will be closed today (Friday, 9 January) due to Storm Goretti. 

A Royal Parks spokesperson said: "Due to predicted high winds, the Woodland Gardens and Upper Lodge Water Gardens will be closed on the morning of Friday 9 January.

"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

The situation will be reviewed later in the day.
