The Anglers Thursday Curry Night

The Anglers at Teddington Lock is relaunching its Thursday Curry Night on Thursday, 9 November, which runs every Thursday from 6pm.

The deal includes includes your curry of choice, basmati rice, a side, and a drink for £25.

Curries include Butter chicken curry with roasted cashew nuts, Lamb masala, and Paneer tikka masala.

You can also enjoy an extra 20% off if you pre-book a table in advance.

Botanical Art: Painting and drawing - 6 week course

Friday 10 January, Landmark Arts Centre, 1.30pm - 4pm.

Botanical Arts classes focus on the techniques essential for creating botanical art through painting and drawing. Students will receive both individual and group tuition, learning how to create accurate pencil outlines of chosen subjects (such as flowers, leaves, vegetables, berries), mix colours to achieve correct hues, and apply tonal values to create depth and movement. Skills will also include creating even watercolour washes and methods for correcting mistakes effectively.

This course is suitable for:

  • Beginner (some basic knowledge)
  • Intermediate (some experience)
  • Advanced (proficient with regular practice)

Course fees cost £140.

Mini Musicals (5 - 7-year-olds)

Saturday 11 January, Peter & Paul Centre.

See your 5-7 year old take their first steps into the performing arts and shine on stage with our Mini Musicals classes in Hampton Hill & Teddington.

Every child who enrols for the term will be part of our end of term performance at Hampton Hill Theatre.

Our Spring Term is full of magic and adventure inspired by Disney's colourful musical Aladdin JR.

Led by our experienced Musical Theatre Teachers, children have fun learning songs, scenes and routines for their "mini" end of term performance.
